Decent credit card for those with average credit

If you have average credit like me, chances are you are not going to find too many good credit card offers. Luckily Capital One has this card that doesn't require good / excellent credit to get approved. I give it a 3 star because it doesn't offer any rewards program and it has an annual fee.

I would definitely recommend this card to a friend.
