This is the best secured credit card for people with bad credit and wish to rebuild credit history. Rebuilding credit takes time and responsibilities(paying your bills on time), but Capital One makes the process much easier. My account activities are being reported to the 3 major credit bureaus every month which will definitely improve my credit over time. Thank you for giving me a second chance!
I would definitely recommend this card to a friend.
