NO customer service to answer questions prior to purchasing the card....and you will pay 1.00 to get assistance after purchase of the card. What a joke!
I would definitely not recommend this card to a friend.

Please do not get this card! It is a nightmare to get YOUR money off of it! There is absolutely no flexibility with this card whatsoever! If you want all your money off of it, they charge you 30 bucks and you have to wait a couple weeks to get a check in the mail.
I would definitely not recommend this card to a friend.

This card is absolutely horrible! I cannot get a CS rep to answer questions of concern prior to purchasing the card. They will not talk to you unless you have a card number, therefore you are unable to get info prior to joining. Then after you get the card you have to pay them a dollar to talk to you. This card is crap. I have to pay 29.99 to withdraw MY money off the card then wait 25 weeks for them to send me a check! Wouldn't be so bad, but you can't get any info from them until after the fact. I was furious with this company. Tried to purchase a used car. maximum daily POS is less than 2000.00. Max debit from bank teller or ATM is 400.00 per day. Max check writing is one check per day Total 4 checks a month from 5.00 to 800.00 max amount each check can be written. Whats the benefit if not much different from an actual brick and martar bank. INFO PROVIDED FEE OF CHARGE! Buyer be ware: this card is crap!

I got the Upside visa card and had it set up with direct deposit. I had no problem with funds posting. When I went to use the card it said decline. I called and askked what is the problem with it? I was told I can't get a money order with it. I think that it is a bunch of crock.
